We staged a home in Northridge last weekend and this home is adorable!  The homeowner’s have updated this home and it is sparkling!  Not only did they update the inside, but they have tastefully re-landscaped the huge backyard!

If you’ve been looking for a home with lots of bedrooms, this might fit the bill.  It is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house with a huge yard.  We staged one of the bedrooms as an office, which it certainly hosts well.

Have you ever dreamed about what it would be like to live in gorgeous Laguna Hills?  We staged a townhome there last week and it is now ready and waiting for some lucky buyer to purchase it and call it home.

This great unit has been updated and it features a large deck to enjoy the fabulous Southern California outdoors on.  With a large living area downstairs, it also features a pretty cozy space upstairs for hanging out watching the TV or for playing games.

After taking a blogging break, I think it is time to catch up on a couple of things, so let’s start with this condo we recently staged in Agoura Hills.

This cool condo has been updated and the homeowner chose a palette that makes you think “Pottery Barn” chic.  It is located at the base of Agoura Hills, close to the 101 Freeway, so it is an easy commute to all sorts of great places, the beaches in Malibu, the San Fernando Valley, shopping in Thousand Oaks and Camarillo, even the Ventura Harbor.
