A friend’s house just came on the market, and I can tell you, it is ready to move right into!  It is in Mission Hills and it features not only a great house, but an ultra-cool backyard!  There is a huge oak tree and covered and uncovered patios.

I thought I’d update this post as this home will be open today, February 9, 2008 and tomorrow February 10, 2008 from 11-3. 

If you’ve been looking for a home with amazing lake and mountain views, this fabulous Lake Isabella home might be just what you’ve been waiting for.  I was up there last week to help with the staging as the home was getting ready to be placed on the market, and we could see the snow covered Sierra’s peeking over the surrounding mountain tops.
