And for those of you who may be wondering who Nickie is; here’s a little bit about me. I am a Home Stager and Feng Shui consultant here in Los Angeles. I am a Certified Bau-Biologie (Healthy Home) Practioner, studied with the Institute of Bau-Biologie and Ecology. I’ve lived in the Los Angeles area most of my life although I’ve had the opportunity to have lived literally coast to coast and a few places in between.
I started my career in the Graphic Arts Industry working primarily with the fashion, music & entertainment and travel industries. After several years as a Production Manager, I began my own company as a print broker. I had the opportunity to work with my clients and develop projects from concept through design, prepress production, print production and marketing. It was tons of fun, I had some really fabulous clients that are lifelong friends, but after close to twenty years in the business, I was ready for something new.
So I began a career in Real Estate. While I was fortunate to generate sales from my second week in the business, it did not take long for me to determine that working as a Real Estate agent was not going to suit my personality for the long run, but I did discover a need in the Real Estate industry that I could fulfill and that satisfied my creative nature.
As I walked through people’s homes I was just amazed at the way their homes were being shown. These sellers were leaving money on the table by not having their homes properly prepared for sale. For most homes, just a few adjustments and their homes could be shown remarkably better. In other cases, more drastic measures would be needed, but I knew the payoff would far outweigh their investment. They needed me to help them get the most from their investments.
And so, Get Staged 2 Sell was born. We are a small business with a big mindset. Our goal is to efficiently, effectively and affordably get your home Staged to look its best and to get it sold quickly and for top dollar. I have an eye that is trained with a focus on design and a mind that can’t help but focus on the details. When it comes to experience and reliability, you can count on us.
